The RVM-14 is a 7075-aluminum construction lightweight housing developed by AB Night Vision. 

This specific device is in used condition. Wear visible on aluminum components like the selector knob and the J-Arm mounting area. It was assembled by Custom Night Vision, utilizing RPO 4.0 Ultralight objective and eyepiece lenses, and an Elbit MX11769 manual gain White Phosphor image intensifier.
